Move between the soothing warmth of the sauna and the refreshing chill of the lake, all while taking in the stunning waterfront views. If you'd prefer not to immerse yourself in the lake, our cold plunge shower offers the perfect alternative for your contrast therapy experience. We recommend alternating between hot and cold in 10–15 minute intervals, but the most important thing is to listen to your body and enjoy the session at your own pace.

Bring a towel, bathers and water bottle, which you can top up from our filtered water fountain on-site. Be prepared to sweat.
We will supply you with a towel to sit on while your in the sauna - but you will need another to dry yourself off after your sessions.
If you forget something – or just prefer to travel light – we also offer towels to and drink bottles to purchase.

We have a strict over 15’s only policy.
You must be over 15 to use our facilities.
No exceptions can be made even if accompanied by a parent/guardian.
